Fourth annual Spring born show heifer bid off

We would like to welcome you to our Fourth Annual
spring born show heifer sale this November.

The following heifers represent the very best in show & donor prospects that we have to offer in Angus and Charolais cattle.
In the past heifers from this sale have gone on to not only win on a local & state level, but have been Nationally competitive
and have started to make their mark as foundation donors for the programs that have purchased them.
We decided to only put the top two or three heifers out of each breed in the sale this year and are offering all of our other
heifers private treaty. We feel that all the heifers in this offering are not only going to be high level show heifers,
but turn into front pasture donors when their show career is over.
Please examine the following lots and if there are any question please feel free to call any time.

Bidding Procedure:
Bidding will open up on Thur. Nov 3rd at 8 AM PST and will end on Saturday Nov. 5th at Noon PST. All heifers will have individual base bids and bidding will be done in $100 bids until the heifer reaches $2500 and at that point the bids will increase to $250 per bid. When the bidding closes at noon on Saturday no other new bidders will be allowed to enter the bid off. At this point we will start with the highest price heifer at closing and bid her off to only the people who have bid on her throughout the week until there is only one person left. If you get out bid you have the option at that point to bump down to your next pick and start bidding on her.
If there are any questions on the bidding process please contact us.

    D R Black Rose 361

DOB: 3/2/11
Registration No.:

What a cool neck and soft leg this Bando 1961 out of the great 902 donor has. We have had quite a few heifers out of this matting, but none have had the look of 361. She is sound as a cat, made dead right down her top and has a good shoulder with a giraffe neck. I expect great things out of Black Rose as a future donor and she is sure to stack up the banners with her striking pose.

We are reserving one successful flush on this unique female.

    D R Frieda 381

DOB: 3/4/11
Registration No.:
17002412

This Faultline out of a VRD daughter is going to make a great bred heifer. Frieda is very long sided, bold sprung and has a beautiful shoulder & neck. She adds to this with her soundness and overall attractive profile. You put all these pieces together and what a great show heifer and even better cow you have the chance to own here.

    D R Lucys Lovely Rose 651

DOB: 3/21/11
Registration No.:
17002419

Look out for this Faultline out of a direct daughter of the old 707 donor this coming jackpot season. Lucy has great hair, good bone, plenty of muscle and has a really nice look. I expect this one to be a force to reckon with this upcoming show season and with the two best cow families I own top and bottom in her pedigree she is going to be a great cow.

    D R Alexis 91

DOB: 2/17/11
Registration No.:
F1137453

Alexis is a Slayer out of a Cadillac daughter. This extremely gentle heifer is very sound made and has great length of side and adds to this with her width of top and hip. Alexis’s dam is a full sister to Stealth’s dam and has already had a big time winner that we sold a few years ago to Jenna Forster and this Alexis is a ¾ sister. So buying Alexis should be a no brainer for someone who wants pedigree and quality  all in one very high quality package.

    D R White Satin 471

DOB: 3/10/11
Registration No.:
F1137448

Satin is a Slasher out of a Cadillac x Cougar daughter and unless you live under a rock you know this is a cross that will pile up purple banners time and time again. Satin has a little extra size and extension than your typical Slasher. So add to that the typical levelness, squarness, soundness and depth of a Slasher and you have a recipe for success.

Charolais
    D R Lucys Smokin Rose 691

DOB: 3/23/11
Registration No.:
RF705616

Smokin Rose is a Revelation out of a Right Time 338 Angus cow. This is the first Revelation percentage heifers we’ve had and boy is this a good deal. Rose is moderate frame, soft made and has a perfect hip and hind leg. She compliments this with plenty of width from behind, spring of rib and has a great front end. Rose will be a top pick of any showman who wants to be competitive and have real cool breeding piece for a cow, so get on the phone and bid now or you’ll wish you had all year.

    D R Smokin Elegance 721

DOB: 3/25/11
Registration No.:
RF705617

Elegance is a Revelation out of a Timeline Angus cow and her name says it all. When you look at her beautiful profile you really admire her length, femininity and extension, then you study her extra shape and turn of muscle and you realize this could be a great one. Elegance has all the pieces to make a great show heifer and all she needs now is a showman that wants to win.

    D R Smokin Hottie 761

DOB: 4/1/11
Registration No.:
RF705618

Hottie is a Faultline out of a Cadillac x Cougar daughter. I have never seen a Smokey heifer with the power and substance of Hottie without having some sort of club calf breeding in the pedigree. Hottie is a very unique individual and not often does a female of this caliber come along with such a versatile future. To describe Hottie I would say she is a sound, big boned, massively wide made and a sow bellied beast of a heifer with a first year showman attitude. So if you have hopes and dreams of being famous here’s the easy way to the top, but you better start adding on to the trophy room now because you’ll need it.
